Just an FYI… if you have a grease fire, it’s simple, cover it up with a lid. If you don’t have a lid, throw baking soda on it. Do not cover it with a towel, or throw water on it, water will make it explode. If you have no lid or baking soda, put it in your oven on the lowest rack, shut the door, and let the smoke smother the flames. DO NOT PANIC, that’s how serious fires start, and people get hurt.
