The fresh BBC documentary America’s New Female Right sees Layla Wright, a journalist hailing from Liverpool, delve into the lives of young American women who espouse radical conservative beliefs.

The one-hour doc, which airs tonight (September 2), profiles three women including Morgonn McMichael, a 24 year old conservative influencer known for sharing her controversial views on social media. Morgonn is openly critical of feminism, the LGBTQ+ community, and cancel culture, as well as an advocate for free speech and traditional values.

She continued: “So, I went to one of our Turning Point events in 2021 and I was surrounded the room by 3,000 other conservative, Christian women.” She expressed that the event made her realise she “isn’t alone” and only served to make her “beliefs stronger”.
