stare at from what I saw. It’s the reporter that doesn’t know what “freedom of speech” is. He starts to say “when the government..” Freedom of speech is an inalianable right, Its not granted by the governement. In the US, that
right is so ingrained that the government is prohibitied from interfering with it, but the right doesn’t come from the government.
